ABOUT THE CERTIFICATION: Rachel G. will issue you a certificate once she feels you have gotten the technique down. She insures each student is properly trained before receiving a Certificate because this is the only way to make sure each student is successful once they leave the training and enter the BROW world. CERTIFICATES WILL HAVE YOUR NAME ON THEM.

Please check your county health department for all tattooing license requirements. Rachel G. provides a certificate of completion of her course, but everyone must still apply for a license in their own county/state to tattoo legally, which Rachel goes over in class on how to obtain it.
